Students can use this link to access the login page for the Student Email System.

Modesto City Schools Internet and Email Policies

Please read the Terms of Service Agreement regarding appropriate use of student email. Review Student Email Etiquette for guidelines on how to effectively use your student email. For detailed information on the district�s policies related to Internet access and email use, refer to Board Policy 0440 and Administrative Regulation 0440. Students are responsible for abiding by these rules and regulations.

Internet Driver's License

To receive Internet access for Modesto City Schools, students must:
  1. View the on-line Student Internet Use Tutorial
  2. Agree to the Acceptable Use Policy

Start the Internet Driver's License tutorial by clicking the link below. Make sure to carefully read all of the instructions and stated requirements. At the end of the tutorial you will be presented with a use agreement that you must accept to activate your Internet access and email account.

Remove Student from Internet and/or Email Access

Forms are provided in the student packets at the start of the school year to remove your student from access to the Internet and/or Email. A copy of the form is available here. This form must be signed by the parent and returned to the address listed.

Investigation of Student Email Request

Under Board Policy 0440, a parent has the right to request that their child�s email be investigated by district staff. The parent specifies the area of interest and the email is investigated. Any emails matching the request will be returned to the parent with names of minors removed. This form must be returned in person to the address listed by the requesting parent.
