Employees are granted a maximum of $390.00 a month to purchase medical, dental, vision, cancer and eligible life insurance plans of their choice under IRS section 125 on a before tax basis. An employee may, at his/her request, waive participation in one or more plans and receive such monies as an addition to his/her monthly pay. We also offer a long list of tax shelter annuity (403b) plans and a 457 plan.
