Employees have access to a "Cafeteria Plan" (Section 125) to purchase medical, dental, vision, cancer and eligible life insurance plans of their choice before tax. An employee may, at his/her request, waive participation in one or more plans and receive such monies as an addition to his/her monthly pay. We also offer a long list of tax shelter annuity (403b) plans and a 457 plan.
