Superintendent with Students

The above picture shows Franklin 5th grade students making their commitment to college.  Passport to College is an innovative education, business community and family partnership with the goal of increasing the regions college going rate by making college education possible for all high school graduates.  Currently, 350 plus 5th grade students representing Fairview, Orville Wright and Franklin Elementaries are participating.  The Passport to College is a partnership between Modesto Junior College and Modesto City Schools.
