Parents may nominate their student for GATE candidacy. The process begins with a (blue) Parent Information Form. Click on the link below to download and print the Parent Information Form and send it into the GATE Office or return to your student’s school to the GATE Site Representative (click on the site Representative link to see who your site representative is).

Please Note: 

November 22, 2011 is the Deadline to turn in a parent referral form in order to be considered for the 2011-2012 GATE Student Review.
